A total of 400 mountain gorillas exist in Bwindi making it a haven for gorilla trekking safari in Uganda.
The mountain gorillas of Bwindi which have been habituated to be encountered by travelers on gorilla safaris in Uganda are distributed in four regions including Ruhija, Buhoma, Nkuringo and Rushaga and each region has the capacity to handle counts of visitors on Uganda gorilla safari. These regions have a range of accommodation units in various categories that provide overnight stay to the clients. However, in some regions apart from Buhoma, accommodation is somehow limited.
Broadbill Forest Camp found in Ruhija sector in the east of Bwindi Impenetrable National Park has come to arrest the worries of budget travelers on Uganda gorilla safaris and tours.
